PROGRAM OUTCOMES The BA program must demonstrate that its graduates have ability to: 1. Demonstrate knowledge in a variety of fundamental and functional business areas and apply their knowledge to domestic and global contexts. 2. Apply critical thinking to form opinions based on analysis and support conclusions with evidence to solve business problems. 3. Act in a supervisory situation requiring application of planning, leading, motivating and monitoring skills. 4. Use ethics and fundamental legal concepts and their application to the business community. 5. Communicate effectively in written and oral form. 6. Recognize and discuss the importance of respect for, and sensitivity to, cultural diversity in the workplace. 7. Recognize the need to engage in lifelong learning. 8. Design and apply tools of research necessary for entry into graduate studies.
