Program Goals

The following are the goals of the BA Program goals:

Goal # 1:

Educate students with core knowledge of Business Administration.

Goal # 2:

Prepare qualified graduates for professional practice to meet both the needs of the market as well as poster graduate studies.

Program Objectives

Consistent with program and university missions, the BA Program educational objectives can be summarized as:

1. Graduating qualified business professionals who are competent in innovative problem solving, communication skills, team-building techniques, and establishing assessment and accountability within the organization.

2. Promoting the intellectual curiosity, commitment, and integrity necessary for effectively addressing the needs of the dynamic business community. 

3. Graduating students who are capable of adapting to the rapidly changing business environment.

4. Graduating students with life-long learning and lasting contributions to society are anticipated outcomes.
